Perfect location just few steps from the historical center ,spacious room charming furnished,comfy bed.Nice breakfast.Gaia and Kate very helpful and caring.

The location is perfect, very close to the centre of town. It's a bit unusual in that it is a couple of rooms at the top of an old building but the room was great, with it's own bathroom and a lovely breakfast. It was all very clean and the host met us to show us the rooms when we got there. We came and went as we pleased and there was someone there to do the breakfast in the morning. Really liked it.

The property is in a fantastic location. Super convenient for getting around Bologna. The host Gaia is a delight and so helpful. She assisted in getting us dinner reservations and was just overall very available and ready to help make our trip great! Also, lovely little breakfasts in the morning.

The location of the place was convenient and I really enjoyed the attention to the details in the decor, especially in the breakfast area. The host was also very responsive and friendly on the phone, and kindly agreed to an earlier breakfast (a young employee came in the morning to prepare the food, we never met the host in person).
